THIS WEEKS INFORMATION: DIRECTIONS TO A HOME. Looking at homes in the summer heat here in Arizona is exhausting. It's actually hard work. You have to set appointments with sellers. Call listing agents to see if the home is still available. Sometimes you have to call a REALTOR to obtain the lockbox code. I think the MLS printout should be complete with all the information to make the cooperating brokers job a little more simple. After all the process is simple provided one knows the Real Estate business. One of the biggest overlooked areas of the MLS printout is the DIRECTIONS to the home. I cannot believe that some agents have no idea how to actually write directions to a home. As agents we must have 24 hours of continuing education every 2 years. I think some teacher needs to develop  license renewal class called DIRECTIONS TO A HOME 101!!!
