The short sale process in todays market for the Real Estate agent is 10 times the amount of work for the same pay as a traditional transaction. Remember, in the short sale process all parties to the transaction must work together. If one party does not cooperate, the process will fall apart. The chain is only as strong as its weakest link. My opinion of short sales: If you have 90+ days to wait for an accepted agreement from the bank, then you may want to try. If not,......STAY AWAY!
